C & C Sandwich with Quino and Black Bean Chips and Pineapple Salsa

Cilantro & Cucumber Sandwich
This was our lunch the other day. It was quick and easy, which these days is a huge plus! Here’s what I used. Hope you enjoy!
C&C Sandwich:
*Ezekiel toasted bread
*Cilantro and Jalapeño hummus from Trader Joes
*Avocados
*Cucumbers sliced
*Salt and Pepper
We also added some quino and black bean chips and pineapple salsa (both from Trader Joes).
